How often will my child receive letters?
Your child receives two personalized letters every month, delivered right to your mailbox.
How does the subscription work?
Simply choose one of our two plans and sign up. Your child will start receiving letters in the mail every month.
What’s the difference between the subscription plans?
Both plans include the same magical letters, activities, and surprises, and each letter is personalized with your child’s name.
With the Standard Plan, your child simply receives the adventure letters.
With the Interactive Plan, the adventure becomes a two-way experience — your child can write back, and the next letter will include a reply to their message.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
When are the letters sent?
We send letters on the 1st and 14th of each month.
How will I know when the letter is sent?
Once your child’s letter is mailed, you’ll receive an email notification to let you know it’s on the way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the postal service. Most families receive their letters within 3–7 business days after they are mailed.
What if a letter is lost in the mail?
Don’t worry! Just let us know and we’ll happily send a replacement letter.
